Refund policy

1. Cancellation

 

All iorders are Non-Cancelable, Non-Returnable (“NCNR”), except as expressly provided in this clause. Customer’s submission of an order is an offer to purchase and does not bind ADLINK TECHNOLOGY. ADLINK TECHNOLOGY accepts an order only when ADLINK TECHNOLOGY ships the products or expressly confirms acceptance in writing.

Cancellation requests (not guaranteed). Customer may request cancellation  only when such request is received by ADLINK TECHONOLOGY within 3 hours of order confirmation, by Customer email to RMA.USA@adlinktech.com. Upon receiving Customer’s cancellation request, ADLINK TECHNOLOGY would promptly notify the Customer of the success of the order cancellation. A cancellation request is not effective unless and until ADLINK TECHONOLOGY confirms the cancellation in writing. ADLINK TECHONOLOGY may approve or deny a cancellation request in its sole discretion, including where processing has begun, items are allocated, configured, kitted, labeled, packaged, handed to the carrier, shipped, or otherwise committed. If ADLINK TECHONOLOGY approves a cancellation, ADLINK TECHONOLOGY may issue a refund to the original payment method or issue store credit, in each case subject to the fees and deductions.

If after acceptance by ADLINK TECHNOLOGY of the Customer’s order, the Customer cancels the order, ADLINK TECHNOLOGY may charge or deduct from any refund/credit, cancellation or reliance charges, restocking, handling, repackaging, return shipping, storage, and administrative charges, plus any special handling fees, and any payment processing and chargeback-related fees that are non-refundable to ADLINK.

ADLINK TECHNOLOGY may, in its sole discretion and at any time (including after order confirmation, acceptance, or receipt of payment), cancel, reject, modify, limit quantities of, or partially fulfill any order, and/or correct any pricing, product description, specification, shipping, tax, promotion, or availability error (including where an item is mispriced, out of stock, discontinued, subject to allocation, export/compliance restrictions, or not available for immediate delivery). 

ADLINK TECHNOLOGY reserves the right to credit Customer based on pro-rated system for any goods that have been paid for and received by ADLINK TECHNOLOGY, even after the relevant sales order is confirmed and payment has been received by us, in lieu of delivering or supplying such goods, and such refund or store credit will be Customer’s sole and exclusive remedy.

ADLINK TECHNOLOGY will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, lost profits or revenues, or delay/non-delivery damages, and ADLINK TECHNOLOGY’s total liability arising out of or relating to any order or goods will not exceed the amounts actually paid to ADLINK for the specific goods giving rise to the claim. Customer may not initiate or threaten a chargeback except for unauthorized card use; if Customer initiates a chargeback in breach of this clause, ADLINK may contest it, suspend or cancel pending orders, and/or offset or withhold any amounts owed (including by applying any refund as store credit to the extent permitted by law) until the dispute is resolved.

 

2. Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA)


ADLINK TECHNOLOGY’s obligation under this warranty is limited to replacing or repairing, at ADLINK TECHNOLOGY’s option and at ADLINK TECHNOLOGY’s designated site, the defective product. Should ADLINK TECHNOLOGY deem the product as un-repairable and is unable to replace the product, ADLINK TECHNOLOGY will issue credit based on a pro-rated system.

All products sold on ADLINK Store are eligible for a 2-year warranty from ADLINK TECHNOLOGY’s invoice date. To qualify for an RMA, Customer must meet the following requirements:

  • Customer sends an RMA request to RMA.USA@adlinktech.com to initiate the RMA service. ADLINK TECHNOLOGY engineers will first provide troubleshooting instructions, which may resolve the issue without requiring a return.
  • After confirming Customer’s eligibility, ADLINK TECHNOLOGY will provide return instructions. The returning product must be repackaged with all cords, adapters, protective packaging, and documentation originally included. The product must be in its original condition, including the box, warranty, and valid proof of purchase.
  • Items not listed in the initial return request will be returned to the Customer at Customer’s expense. Items returned without prior return request confirmation will be rejected.
  • Customer must send the item to ADLINK TECHNOLOGY’s designated address within 5 working days, with return shipping costs paid by the Customer.
  • After receiving the returned product, ADLINK TECHNOLOGY will update the Customer on the repair status and coordinate further actions. The return shipment back to Customer will be covered by ADLINK TECHNOLOGY.
  • If upon inspection, included parts are missing or the product is not in its original condition, ADLINK TECHNOLOGY reserves the right to credit only a fraction of the original purchase amount.
  • Exclusion from warranty: Issues caused by improper use, unauthorized disassembly or modification, improper operating environments, inadequate maintenance, accidents, or other reasons are not eligible for warranty. ADLINK TECHNOLOGY reserves the right to determine such cases. Software products are excluded from this return policy.

 

ADLINK TECHNOLOGY may reject and return (at Customer’s expense) any product that is not eligible, is damaged due to Customer/carrier handling (other than carrier damage documented at delivery), is missing components, is outside the stated time limits, or does not match the RMA.
